Last month I called 135 to cancel my contract, they kept on dropping my call, I went into the local store and I sent to century city branch. I canceled my contract. I received an sms notifying me of being on pay as you go, two days latter I received the airtime and data bundles like other months. And they deducted more than the usual on enquiry I'm told that I exceeded the set limit. How can I do that if my limit was set on 0. They just make it impossible to come out of contract they're very inconsiderate as one cancel the contract based on what they can afford and what they cannot
On my way to Kroonstad I bought cooked meals from checkers, corn, butternut and roasted potatoes, they were all rotten. Smelling and I couldn't eat anything on the road
I wanted to change account details on the insurance and was assisted with excellent service. I'm left with some documentation to be able to activate new accounts he gave me his email address to do so. Thanks for the good assistance
Since Mr Fix it collected my washing machine to this say they disappeared on me, I since paid R245 for call out fee and that was the last time I heard from them. I tried calling them they are nowhere to be found the address given on the receipt, when I went there I was told they moved. I have lost my washing machine to them and my call out fee.
