Poor Service and disregard for customers

These people are so unreliable. Made a purchase exactly 7 days ago, have sent them tons of emails and messages on their social media platforms regarding my order and they have not responded to a single one. There is no other way of contacting them and you can't even track your order. Their service is quite disgraceful and they clearly don't care about their customers. They say deliveries will be done within 72 hours which is 3 days, but here I am 7 days later and still not even an update. I am really disappointed 😞
