Not happy at all
I verified my account and requested a withdrawal and they canceled it without notifying me. My screen is broken so I was using my sisters phone. They want enhanced verification. I used my sisters phone to register the account and I have made deposits before. I'm on other betting sites I've never experienced such. I honestly think what they did isn't fair because only after I made a second query regarding my withdrawal they then canceled it. I downloaded the chat transcript.

Deposit without reflecting in my account
This morning I deposited twice R50 to play. The second one does reflect on my bank statement but it doesn't reflect in my mzansibet account. I withdrew a R100 which is still pending . But my question is what happened to the 2nd R50? I had a chat with one of their consultants which keep on telling me I did play with it which I know I didn't. Before I deposit again it's shows 37c after my withdrawal so I deposited R50 and it doesn't reflect in my account ...what do I do in this way?

2 days withdrawal delay 😫
My withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 hours, from all the gambling apps I've played on, this one take the longest time for it to release payment. Their online assist told me about 2 days,,, 2 days is tooooo much

The worst ****ming betting game ever, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, there's no winnings it doesn't matter how many times you deposit.

Mzansibet are *******.
Worthless piece of **** company. They take forever to process withdrawals , allocate incorrect bonuses , fail to honour tournament winnings , thats just the the most recent encounters I've had with Mzansibet. Stay away there are plenty other casinos in South Africa to play at. I requested a withdrawal and was nagging and fighting to get it processed , was told to wait , when i later went to check on it my account was disabled and placed under review without any information as to why. Its impossible to speak to any management as they are not all in the same building.Support staff have no clue whats going on and aren't in direct contact with management so it leaves you without options. Seems shady to me.
