This morning I deposited twice R50 to play. The second one does reflect on my bank statement but it doesn't reflect in my mzansibet account. I withdrew a R100 which is still pending . But my question is what happened to the 2nd R50? I had a chat with one of their consultants which keep on telling me I did play with it which I know I didn't. Before I deposit again it's shows 37c after my withdrawal so I deposited R50 and it doesn't reflect in my account ...what do I do in this way?
Good day. I have a contract with Vodacom. My payment for every month sonR384 per month which is affordable to me...all of a sudden I got a call from them I was at work that time couldn't hear what they said but I dropped the call. Then end of December I got a message they Gona deduct 599 every month... I went inside the store at Sanlam centre in Parow where the lady gave me customer service number. Becoz I got paid earlier in December by the end of the month there was no funds available for them to deduct. So come January they took 384 for December and then 599 for January all together in total it was 1084...so I tried to call customer service but I was told my account has been blocked but they already took my money. I want to cancel this contract with immediate effect and I'm gonna reverse my money because how can they just take my money for granted like that without consulting me and then have the decency to block my calls. I'm no longer using that SIM card I have to use my old one now because of them
Good day I'm very upset..my husband have 2 accounts with FNB, the one he opened when he retired last year. So he saved a certain amount of money and no one can touch that money. All of a sudden last week Thursday we saw a huge amount of R9000 disappeared out of his account. He went to them to ask what happened they told him that money was transferred to his aspire account. That they can do nothing about it which is not true. No one can touch that money because it's an investment...now our question is what can we do about this matter or must we take it to the police station and open a case for *****? Because if it was transferred to the other account then that amount was supposed to be more which is not and the statement shows duplicated amounts out of the account...
I bought my husband's grandkids clothes at jet for Christmas a week ago...because of the mother that can't read and write I took the wrong sizes. I've been to 3 stores keep on exchanging till Ive lost the slip. I bought it at Belville jet even they can't exchange without a slip...unless it was bought on account...it's frustrating because what must I do with the clothes while they don't want to exchange? What's so difficult to only exchange? The price tags are all still on every item...is there no other way that I can just exchange it for smaller sizes? I will really appreciate the help. My husband bought a Samsung Galaxy at Markhams Parow in December 2024..he's been paying insurance on the phne every month...people wanted to rob him so he fight wth them and the phne got damaged in the process. He took the phne back since he's paying insurance...after a week he went back to ask how far they are wth the phone since he's a business man..after all the drama he had to find out the phne was neva sent away and is still at the the store...one of the female assistance told him they waiting for the courier to come and collect it...up until now we neva heard anything about the phone...it's been 3 weeks already
Last night 19April 18:20pm I bought a R60 blu voucher at Spar McIntyre. I lost my receipt and went back to them today 20 April..came to the cashier that helped me last night she said she can't get a reprint with the pin number...so I made use of their WhatsApp number even they can't assist me in getting my pin this means now I cant be assisted and loosing a R60..I feel it's unfair that they can't provide proper customer service
I bought my eye glasses from Nu-sight in parow...today it breaks again for the more then 10th times...I've decided not to pay any further coz how van I pay for sumthing that keeps on breaking every second week..they've decided to hand me over and now my bill is 2200 from 1500..how can I pay for glasses that keep on breaking then I have to fix it at other optometrists? It's unacceptable
Hi..i went to ultra liquors on Sunday 10th November 2024 @12:50pm …since the trading hours is till 13:00 pm. With bad luck the doors was shut in my face by the employees named Luks and Lincoln...they refused to open the door saying they are closed and I'm a regular customer..i wanted to buy for a event i was going to have the afternoon after work..because of that bad experience i had i had to disappoint my family and friends..by canceling...yesterday(Monday) 11November 2024 i went to go look for a manager to lay a complaint...but what i got from that certain manager was bad attitude he didn't even listened to me but rather scold the young man which is one of the employees infront of customers just because he referred me to him..on the otherhand the female manager was busy discussing me with 2 of her colleges by saying loud "she's just a checkers worker" and started laughing making fun of my complaint...im a controller at checkers and know my rights as a customer...
On tuesday 1October i went to kfc at Delft Mall..we had to wait more then an hour for our order ..and to crown everything we sit in eating in a very dirty place full of ******* ..and staff had a bad attitude. I will neva go there again
i just want to thank Carol from headoffice Lewis stores for performing an excellent job...after my complaint she reacted very quick and my kitchen cupboards were replaced immediately...thumbs up to her...thanx again Carol...excellent job WELLDONE
