Terrible service and cashiers with no product knowledge. The cashiers are rude and have a bad attitude.
The staff or rather cashiers have been giving me a hard time redeeming wicode vouchers for almost two months now. Today was definitely the last straw. They have no clue whatsoever as to what the Ts & Cs of voucher redemption are and some don't even know what a wicode is. They waste your time and ask one another stupid questions regarding how the vouchers work. I asked for the manager and instead the cashier called Moshidisi who also happened to be very clueless and said she's calling the manager. So at this point I'm feeling very confused because who's is the manager? I got impatient and left because my over was charging and felt like they were wasting my time and money.

Not happy at all
I verified my account and requested a withdrawal and they canceled it without notifying me. My screen is broken so I was using my sisters phone. They want enhanced verification. I used my sisters phone to register the account and I have made deposits before. I'm on other betting sites I've never experienced such. I honestly think what they did isn't fair because only after I made a second query regarding my withdrawal they then canceled it. I downloaded the chat transcript.

This hardware has the worst terrible service
Just bought a door and I had to walk home with it yet your board states free local delivery. They charge R150 for delivery. I also have another complain regarding a previous purchase. Please get someone to call me asap because I want to go on hellopeter and write a service delivery complain. The manager at the meadowpoint branch is rude and has the worst customer service ever.

Bad service and security risk.
My brother and I have been experiencing recurring google1 London purchases. Mine include HUAWEI recurring purchases. It makes these purchases when there is no money in our accounts resulting in bank charges for insufficient funds. And then at a later stage when our accounts receive money it deducts the charges incurred plus the purchase amount for whatever the subscription is for. Please note my brother doesn't have a phone or active subscriptions. Also I canceled my huawei subscriptions yet I'm still getting charged. Please do something.

Poor customer services and low security
I deposited 50 rand and I played. As I was playing my account balance went from 247 to 0. I check and there's two withdrawals. I rushed to live chat for help. The agent managed to help me reverse but she locked my account and left the chat without giving me my new account details and we were still talking ad connected. The money is showing on my account but I'm unable to withdraw. I sent the documents she asked for to the fica email she sent me. Please help

Web payments department needs a wake up call
Lately their customer service is nonsense. Currently I made a withdrawal at 11 am it's not even changing status to show it's being processed. Last week I made a withdrawal it took 4days. Please do something at the payments department. The whatsapp for payments isn't responding

FNB POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND ***********
Called customer care regarding an ewallet I cannot access and I also needed help linking my ewallet to my app and account. They kept transferring me to different departments for ***ol. None of them resolved my query. Also they are rude. I want my money in my ewallet. The error messages I get all say there's no active wallet connected to my number.

Bad service. No feedback or update
I won a voucher on their Tap to win promotion and I didn't receive any sms containing prize details. I logged countless queries on all their platforms. Also they don't have a call center where you can speak to a human being to get help. Terrible service.

The best telecomm customer care service of my life!!! Busi you are awesome!
I recently migrated to Vodacom from MTN and have been experiencing the worst customer service. But Today I received the best service ever. I would like to commend a Vodacom customer service agent. Her name is Busisiwe Zwane. I'm beyond satisfied with her service. She deserves a promotion. She's polite, extremely competent and has excellent people skills and problem solving skills. Busisiwe you changed my mind. I was about to ditch the network. Keep doing what you do you are awesome!!!
