I verified my account and requested a withdrawal and they canceled it without notifying me. My screen is broken so I was using my sisters phone. They want enhanced verification. I used my sisters phone to register the account and I have made deposits before. I'm on other betting sites I've never experienced such. I honestly think what they did isn't fair because only after I made a second query regarding my withdrawal they then canceled it. I downloaded the chat transcript.

My brother and I have been experiencing recurring google1 London purchases. Mine include HUAWEI recurring purchases. It makes these purchases when there is no money in our accounts resulting in bank charges for insufficient funds. And then at a later stage when our accounts receive money it deducts the charges incurred plus the purchase amount for whatever the subscription is for. Please note my brother doesn't have a phone or active subscriptions. Also I canceled my huawei subscriptions yet I'm still getting charged. Please do something.
I deposited 50 rand and I played. As I was playing my account balance went from 247 to 0. I check and there's two withdrawals. I rushed to live chat for help. The agent managed to help me reverse but she locked my account and left the chat without giving me my new account details and we were still talking ad connected. The money is showing on my account but I'm unable to withdraw. I sent the documents she asked for to the fica email she sent me. Please help
Lately their customer service is nonsense. Currently I made a withdrawal at 11 am it's not even changing status to show it's being processed. Last week I made a withdrawal it took 4days. Please do something at the payments department. The whatsapp for payments isn't responding

I won a voucher on their Tap to win promotion and I didn't receive any sms containing prize details. I logged countless queries on all their platforms. Also they don't have a call center where you can speak to a human being to get help. Terrible service.

I made a withdrawal this morning at 2am. I enquired about it on the live chat all morning no agent attended to me. I went on Facebook and messaged them. They claim to have paid it into my account but it's not there. There's no record of it. On my betway account transaction history it doesn't even have a reference. I want my money. Don't rip me off
