Disgusted Client
I have been the most loyal client to Judy and her business. I have been a client for over 8 years. I was overcharged and questioned it. No feedback. Judy clearly does not need the additional business and/or how to treat her loyal clients properly. Disgusted.

Not impressed
Very unhappy. Very unfriendly and miserable the******s Ran extremely late that we had to cxl pedi. (Booked for a.mani and pedi gel) Nails were not done as requested...left in tears. (Paddocks) will.never go back

Sub-par standard finish on my French tips!
Did a French tip and gel pedi combo. The lady who did my pedi was friendly and gave such a good service. The lady who did my hands did not give a good finish. I realised I was bleeding when I got to my car and the finish around my edges on my fingers is not of a professional standard. I also had to finish dusting off my hands myself. It’s almost as she got over doing my nails as she was finishing and did a shoddy job. It’s my second time there and I went back because I was happy with the service I got before. After today I will not go back. I would love to give 5 stars to the lady who may pedi. So professional and a great job on her part.

Zero Customer Service, Rude Manager & Filthy Space
I am only giving one star for the lady that actually did my nails. But for the salon and it's management I wouldn't give it anything. It is filthy, everything is dirty but most importantly the manager is horrible and rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Open beer / alcoholic container in business premises
I had a soak off and re application of gel toe and finger nails on Saturday 21st Sept 2024. While I was very happy with the service I am horrified that a gentleman came in and settled down for a pedicure with an open beer in his hand. This was around 12.30 .... I am horribly upset by this and need this to be addressed... I took serious offense to this and feel it should be looked into and I would like to know what steps / resolution has been taken.

NO GO ZONE FOR NAILS OF NOTE PADDOCKS -!! THINK 10 TIMES BEFORE YOU BOOK!
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK AT NAILS OF NOTE PADDOCKS: I went for a pedicure on Sat with Gel paint + soak off. FIRSTLY - they don't soak off they FILE off! then, they rush you through there like a sausage machine - constantly checking the clock on the wall. Machines aren't working - staff are forever swapping lamps and other tools! The file they use on your feet looks like a cheese grater - keeps falling apart! Also - staff talk to themselves across the room in their own language - no other conversation is had with the customers at all. You feel like an alien! SHOCKING! A Pedicure is supposed to be a PAMPER session - well definitely not in this place! I sent a message about the bad experience on their FB page, my comment was quickly deleted, then when I asked why it was deleted, I was blocked from their page! GREAT business management & customer service - usually you want to know about bad service so that you can investigate and prevent it from reoccurring. Clearly this is a good indication of how the management of the shop operates! DO NOT GO TO PADDOCKS - try another store instead! NEVER again for me!
