BUSINESS BANKING TEERIBLE SERVICE and *********** account manager bad bad!
I am only giving one star for the lady that actually did my nails. But for the salon and it's management I wouldn't give it anything. It is filthy, everything is dirty but most importantly the manager is horrible and rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I went to a store in Centurion Mall and bought a Garmin Watch valued at 7k on the 7th of April 2025. I asked them if my sister could collect it at Canal Walk in Cape Town on her birthday which was going to be the 11th of April they said yes it take 2-3 days so I had more than enough time to have her surprise reach her on the day. I am writing this on the 24th of April, after so many calls, even physically going to store to either get my watch or my money back. I was told on the 2nd of April when I was at the store at 18:30 that the store in Cape suddenly has the watch for collection. My sister went to the store at Canal Walk on the 23rd of April and they only showed her the watch arrived but could not give it to her because she needs to bring some OTP number which I was never given to provide her or even mentioned when I was at the store. So watest yes another day, petrol and inconvenienced herself to go to that store. Never mind her birthday surprise was completely ruined. I'm so dissapointed at Cape Union Mart. I never expected such incompetence. Now they won't give me my money back or the watch. Not to mention that through out all this time, not even a single day has Cape Union Mart called me to update me I have to call to be told stories and waste my petrol and time to bounce back from the store. I'm so sick of it.
Despite me ordering 4 days before my expected delivery date and following with a call to please make sure the surprise is delivered at a certain time because the person would have left the office, netflorist never delivered I had to call again last the time to check when is they will deliver, I had to change address becuase the person had now left the office. Netflorist delivered at night even after the person had finished celebrating they didn't even get to eat the cake same day. I will never use netflorist again. They are so unreliable.
I was impressed by the service by Sinaso's this morning. She was excellent and helped me fast track the process I was with application.
I have been communicating with the Eskom pension fund for the past almost 4 months. MY mother worked for eskom for just under 4 decades and recently decided to retire. She chose the option of the maximum tax free amount as pay out which is 500 000. She was not paid this amount and following up on the reasons we were advised She needs to go to SARS and find out why she was taxed. I refused to go to SARS or for my mom to go to SARS as she never dealt with SARS in the years she worked for eskom. Now they have just stopped replying and we requested to be put in touch with eskom pension fund administrators that too is not being provided. To think that both my parents decided so many years of thier lives to eskom and be treated like this in the end is not acceptable. I still await someone to help us get my mother's rightful pension money paid to her. I'm afraid this is going to be the case with my dad who will be going on pension soon from Eskom as well. I'm very disappointed!

They make it impossible to cancel ny subscription with them. I want to cancel but no option on the website nor anyone to pick up the phone to cancel but they don't forget to take my money every month even though I am not even using their service.
I cancelled my contract with vodacom on time and opened a new one. Now when it comes to them debuting my account they debit me big amount when I enquire why is that so I am told the contract I cancelled is still active. I asked how because i cancelled? Their consultant told me they will call me back...i just recieved another debit order same amount and Vodacom never came back to me. I am so angry and I want them to pay my money and I will NOT recommend them to anyone.
I was assisted by Vusi Rihlampfu with my insurance updating my policy and the experience was Awesome!
