I want to thank Namar for sending their maintenance guy (Lulu) for repairing and replacing all the passage lights especially the stairs. It is much brighter than before making you feel safer when going or getting back home at night. Thank you Lulu, Mariana and team for all the efforts made to uplift our flats. LC Joubert

Mariana Nel (my agent) went so out of her way to help and assist us. You are really someone who will go out of your way to help and advice your tenants. I want to thank NAMAR PROPERTIES for their excelent service. I am a tenant of one of their properties and had a break-in over the weekend. Mariana Nel (my agent) went so out of her way to help and assist us. You are really someone who will go out of your way to help and advice your tenants. I moved out of a place in Port Elizabeth " 5 Eastwick House" on the 30 April 2023, terminated the contract in time and moved out before the beginning of the month leaving the premises spotless, this is after having allowed viewings of more than 5 people. Now their Debbie Pretorius is saying that I am responsible for rent until they find another tenant. I found the place uninhabited, and I was never informed of this clause, if I would be responsible for the rent, why was this not told to me and why were the keys taken from me, If I was informed of this I would not have moved out as I would still be paying, How is one held financially responsible for property that they do not have access to? Now she keeps sending me the bill for a place in their possession and they have my deposit refusing to send it to me, I have referred the matter to my attorney's. Regards Zano - 083 577 3911

We went and looked at a property for rent on Thursday 8th at 9.30, at 9.34 I gave the Agent (Mariana) my email address and told her that I am very interested in the place, we fell in love with it. I have a good credit record and excellent references and can afford the property. I asked the Agent about the property on the 1st of December and sent messages constantly after that - no reply until the 7th. So from the 8th I begged her to send the application - I got it eventually, after also asking their offices. Then when I heard nothing back, I asked again on the 12th and got a reply that it was given to someone else who paid their deposit and submitted their application on the 9th already. I asked on the 8th - Agent, Mariana says that the office got the application on the 8th from the other person without her knowledge. So if she is the Agent who showed the other people and I would have applied for the property on the 1st of December already, had Mariana done her job and got back to me. So now I lose out because of Namar office, Mariana, and Denise that cannot get back to a person. This is Namar Port Elizabeth I am very very upset about this and want to know why everyone ignored me from the 1st of December and gave the property to someone on the 9th Get back to be Namar please - as because of your lack of response to interested parties, my down syndrome son who really looked forward to living there with the pool etc has his dream shattered too.

I applied for a property , the agent then said the property was not ready. I told her it was ok to follow through with the application so we can secure the property for when it ready. After about 2 weeks of complete lack of interest , she came back to say it is no longer available. I then agreed and recommended looking for another property. A week later and no success / no interest in helping ,I requested the application money to be refunded, two months later i am yet to receive the refund. Note - during this process I had not received one phone call and not one message from the agent- every form of conversation started from my end. I strongly advise using another company to manage your property or avoid using this company

Rental agent does not do proper inspections when tenants are incoming and then on outgoing the same. When property is then handed back to owner you suddenly get claim exceeding your deposit mount and they just pass it on.....

<p>The rental department is a joke!</p> <p>Have to keep on asking for feedback, email, phoning - eventually the only way getting feedback is contacting the office and the always friendly and apologising Lee-Anne tries to assist and gets the agent to actually respond! After numerous inquiries and asking to view the property, eventually only get a sorry it has been taken, no appology no nothing!</p> <p>Thanks to Gerhard Bam I will NEVER use or recommend these agents to anyone, unless they want poor service!</p>
