If I could give "-" as a rating I would. NASKAR MENLYN. I am a parts supplier for a number of Workshops in Centurion, whereby I order and source their parts for them. Over some time, I started receiving extremely poor service from a Sales Agent called Tiaan, who obviously got his job because his parents are the Managers, and hence no point in complaining to them. Hence over time due to him not bothering to reply to Part Price and availability quotes, we decided to use them very little or at all. Today we had a client needing a battery who was very near there store and requested a price, to suddenly get a nExtremely rude and Unprofessional call from Tiaan, saying we waste his time, as we don't buy anything. He was arrogant, rude and aggressive, and when we explained that it's due to him not bothering to quote us on parts, or if he does, it would be days later, and often incorrect. His reaction to this was yet again aggressive, and he told us we talking "s7$t, and that his fellow sales team agreed with him. In over 20 years in this industry, I have never received a phone call like this. This industry is full of sales agents that do not want to supply a service but fill there Commision pockets as fast as possible, often by young individuals that have little experience especially when it comes to Business, never mind common logic when it's a bad idea to call clients that spend near R250k (with suppliers that actually are professional) on parts, and insult them. In this case it shows that through Neave hiring, and Nepotistic business practice, not only does Naskar Menlyn gain an Extremely poor Name, but all the Naskar branches. There can be no Justification on this matter, and I warn all would be customers to watch out. If the owners and managers Hire people with this attitude, then they are also to blame. There are many other options available, please don't make my mistake and use Naskar Menlyn.

Naskar Menlyn...what a journey i had with these people. Wanted to buy a clutch for my vehicle got the clutch the first time on the invoice it said it is a LUK clutch but got a value clutch which is fine but it did not work on my car. Went to the place myself to tell them it was the wrong clutch they said no problem we will get you another one. Waited 4 hours for the delivery guy to bring the clutch and guess what the clutch is wrong again and i even left a sample with them to make sure when the clutch got there it was right and they said they measure everything before hand before giving it to me. I even gave them the VIN numb because i dont know much about cars and they still got it wrong with a VIN numb so if i could recommend everyone to go to goldwagen instead you will find better service there.

Asked for a Valeo Clutch they only had Luk in stock .so i purchased the Luk clutch . When returning the product they said its 10% handling fees that i have to pay .The Product was not special ordered or Tampered with . i was not notified beforehand on the handling fees. and Did not sign any contract to accept the handling fees . They only inform you when you bring the product back . I'm Very Unhappy about this .They lost a loyal customer . i would not recommend this business to anyone anymore .

On 07 October 2024 I bought two Air Filters AF296 (SEB by CSP) from Naskar Menlyn. I indicated that it is cumbersome to find these filters and for that reason I'll take two. In the presence of the Salesman (Salesman 21) I opened the boxes to inspect the filters. One of the filters was deformed (photos are available and I requested it to be replaced. I was told that the two are the last one and I indicated that I shall not take the deformed one. In response Salesperson said its okay as it will go back on the shelf to be sold to the next client. I had a problem with this attitude and I decided to take the deformed item and report it to SEB / CSP. However, I could not pinpointed a local wholesaler and I therefore herewith approach Naskar to rectify this challenge.

Hello I have a problem with silverton naskar I purchased a battery in may and they said it has warranty and I must not damaged the poles and now it gives me problem and when I returned it they said they can't help me since the battery was over charged by the car I just want them to exchange my battery as promised or refund me so that I can buy new one.

Yesterday I came to naskar motor spare to buy a fog light for my car because I hate driving a car that is not complete yes it felt incomplete because my fog light is not working so i decided you know what let me take my last money to go and buy a fog light it was expensive so i only bought one instead of two i would loved to buy two but i couldn't afford it one of the guys that work here even offered to help me install it we did exactly that and it was working but to my surprise at night when i was busy working one of the traffic officers pulled me to the side and he told me that the reason why his pulling me to the side is because one of my lights is not working i was shocked trust you me when i say i was shocked because i just bought that light a few hours ago with my last money so he wrote me a ticket stating that one light is not working i took it after complaining but I just took it the ticket is worthy of R250 now i need to pay a ticket of R250 with what i don't know and this morning I'm coming back to naskar motor spare to let them know and for me to actually get another light but you know what they told me there is nothing that they can do since well it's a light bulb what i can do is buy another one with what when I spent my last money with that light and now stressing over a fine that i got
