SISupa Quick Silverton .Had problems with stripped locknuts and damaged wheelnuts. The guys from reception through to workshop went out of their way to assist and solved my problems. Excelent service and great pricing

Bought globes for my daughters car,quite expensive. When I got home we had a discusion and she decided she could not afford. Went back next morning to Midas. Product was un-oppened and in tact. Lady said I have to pay handling fee wich I agreed to. At the till I saw amount was high and I asked sales lady how much handling fee she charghed,25% she said. Went home unhappy and phoned a couple of Midas's and they said either 0% or 10 % .I then saw on the slip at the bottem it says 15 % . Phoned East lynne Midas and another sales person answered I asjed him about handling fee wich he also said 15 % .I was put through to the sales lady and conftonted her she said she usualy askes 20 or 25 % depending on how much customer spends. But I can come in to solve the problem. Had to go back and after a debate I got all my money back. Because I told her she was *****ing from me and how can she ask 25 % and policy says 15 % . Her reply was that she doesnt get customers who returns stuff. Her reply was that it used to be 25 %. BAD SHE is not up to date with company policy. I was a loyal customer, not their biggest customer- needles to say they lost me and I will sprwd the news amongst Famuly and friens
Overcharging, customer care cant solve problem. I am furious. Monthly empty promises

Worts service, evrytime you phone in regarding a query tgat was logged . It waa either referredvthrough to the wrong Dept, the its being re-escelated, when you enquute again their system is off. 5 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS
Pathetic, useless the list can go on. Nobody can help. Everyone says the matter has to be escalated, then you receive a ref nr and have to wait between 24 and 48 hours then you get notification that query has been closed if you still have a problem you should phone customer care and the whole story repeats without solving the problem. This has been going on since May. 5 months nothing to show just my sky high blood pressure
