My name is machiel Hendrik De Wet and national debt internation called me after telling them I don't want to be under debt review they proceeded anyway.after speaking to the portfolio manager she told me I must pay two acc and will receive my clearance certificate after paying my accounts I phoned them to show proof of payment.she then proceeded to inform me that there is more to pay after clearly stating that is all.after the phone call I asked why they are bringing up debt from 18 years ago now and why I was not informed about this from the beginning.she was very rude and not helpful at all.when the call ended I got a message that said my account is suspended but will remain on the sistem.I have tried numerous times to contact them or for them to get back to me My question is how can a company that helps people get out of debt make it impossible to get debt free if I have no way of reaching out to them a company that promotes debt free solutions refused to help and motivates a stay in debt policy I want to be debt free can someone help please
