I-Com Services is reporting payment activity on a credit account without any payment having been made or authorised. A payment of R100 dated March 2025 is reflected on credit bureau records, which is incorrect. Bank statements confirm that no such payment was made. Despite disputes being raised, the company has failed to provide verifiable proof of payment or clear written confirmation of the account’s legal status. Based on the Prescription Act, the alleged debt appears to have prescribed. Despite this, the account continues to be reported as active with payment activity reflected. Requests for formal written confirmation regarding enforceability and account status have not been addressed adequately. This matter has been escalated to the relevant regulatory bodies for investigation. For record-keeping and legal cer*****y, all further correspondence must be conducted in writing via email only. Good day i would like to write a letter of complaint against NDC agent name Muhle Maswanganye works at Hadefields office park block B 1267 Pretoruis street , Hatfield . My complaint is about a payment arrangement of my Markham's account , that i specifically asked to for an account to make payments and she refused to do so and said the only way to do that is when i make the full payment on the day of 11/15/2024 of which i told her its not possible unless i can make a monthly payment to closed of the account . I hanged the call and got a what's app of a letter of demand with 7 days meaning if i don't make a full payment of R1447.45+315 off legal fees. IS THIS HOW YOU GUYS TREAT CUSTOMERS ? I then asked the same agent on what's app me i told her i tried to make arrangement she still refused i told her am going to report the matter to hello peter and she said GOOD LUCK . i then got a second call from another agent who help make a 3 month arrangement.
