I-Com Services is reporting payment activity on a credit account without any payment having been made or authorised. A payment of R100 dated March 2025 is reflected on credit bureau records, which is incorrect. Bank statements confirm that no such payment was made. Despite disputes being raised, the company has failed to provide verifiable proof of payment or clear written confirmation of the account’s legal status. Based on the Prescription Act, the alleged debt appears to have prescribed. Despite this, the account continues to be reported as active with payment activity reflected. Requests for formal written confirmation regarding enforceability and account status have not been addressed adequately. This matter has been escalated to the relevant regulatory bodies for investigation. For record-keeping and legal cer*****y, all further correspondence must be conducted in writing via email only. I did a return at Edgars Cradlestone mall but initially I bought the shoes at Clearwater Mall right so I get to Edgars Cradlestone and meet this lady who checks my receipt and sees that I’m to do a refund of a shoe that I bought via PayJustNow so she calls another lady who I’m assuming is maybe the manager I wait to be attended and then The lady starts inspecting the box backstory, when I bought the shoes actually the box was damaged already right this was on Valentine’s Day so I take the box and I go to crazy store because I want them to wrap it for me the box kept tearing up the guy took his wrapping tape that they use so it has crazy store label on it he uses the tape and he ties the box for me putting it together and then wrap it for me. Now the issue with the shoe is size, cool so like this is the closest Edgars being Cradlestone Mall I get there and get attended by a very beautiful lady who’s attitude stank as **** she inspects the box and then she realises the crazy Store sticker then she starts asking me where I got the sticker and I explain the situation and then she starts to tell me how is she gonna sell this to another customer I understand completely my wrong doing of putting another label on the box but I did not understand the Attitude that she gave me because I also told her that it was unfortunately beyond my control but would she have taken it though had I brought it without the packaging? because it would’ve been another issue so there she is throwing a tantrum telling me all about another customer is gonna tell her that the product that she’s buying is not their actual product (i had receipt and all) and that it might be **** I found her attitude completely unprofessional so eventually she does the refund finishes and she just walked off leaving the other lady to finish off her attitude was horrible and if she is a manager there then I don’t know some training of some sort I hardly exchanged any words with her so I don’t know what it is she wanted me to do I understand where she was coming from I just did not understand her reaction and why she was so upset I would understand if I did not have a receipt but I had a receipt everything checked out so I do not understand why she gave me the attitude that she gave me it was completely horrible.
Paid online for a fibre installation on the 8th of Jan only got a call on the 9th of which address was wrong. Gave them correct one they promised to call for installation. I had to call again on Friday the 12th because they did not get back to me when i called address was still not changed. The lady that assisted was really helpful we stayed on the line trying to find my address as my address does not appear on the map we then moved to whatsapp line and i sent location’s eventually a picture is sent of my area and i say my side is on the opposite side. Today the 16th of jan i called again and was told a ticket has to be logged with Vuma for missing address. On the vuma website it said select address closest to you and I did figured they’ll request for actual address or location when they come. Still havent heard from them. I work from home and need connection and have already paid but still no product that I paid for!!!! Very disappointed 😔
Ordered via the app 24 brutal fruit that was on sale 2x 6 330ml for R105. I bought and paid for 24 of which alternate was selected for the 225ml ones. I was surprised upon delivery when I received 12 of the bernini cider!!!! I paid in total R245 including R35 delivery now my invoice says R194 for the 2 packs of bernini!!! I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM CHECKERS!! I want my money back i never even drank that bernini i reported the issue on the 24th of December 2021 and still no response!! Order number 20276628. Please what i ordered back or my money back!! Youre welcome to fetch your bernini!!!!
Honestly not happy with their online store. Placed two orders on seperate days for the plum juice to collect today. I now get a call that my order is gonna be cancelled because the item was reduced to clear and they dont have stock and can’t substitute. I fully paid for my orders and online it said they had stock now i will have to be refunded and the inconvenience is too much. Calling an hour before collection time? Totally un acceptable this was at woolworths cradlestone. I do not want a refund!!!! I need a solution!!!!
Placed an order online on wednesday the 8th of September 2021. Paid for the order using my exact account and the difference using EFT via Ozow. On thursday i checked status of my order and it said “awaiting payment” was surprised as i paid for my order the difference went out out of my bank account. I called them they said they did not receive the eft payment was then advised to send an email to Bmrefunds@tfgcde.co.za with proof of payment for them to track the eft payment. Next thing Thursday evening i get an email that my order was cancelled because of no payment. I call again and they said they will get back to me. I am never buying from them ever again! I am closing the account 1st thing monday morning!!! What breaks my heart is there was a sale and my order was almost R5000 but they still just cancelled it. I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN REFUNDED ON MY BANK ACCOUNT ONLY MY TFG ACCOUNT WAS REFUNDED!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Got my parcels in perfect condition…just hated that i had to assemble the chairs myself. But am very happy?
