Useless, a waste of time and effort Read the fine print, they make every excuse not to pay you. Their process is cumbersome and inefficient, you will need to forward numerous documentation, and they never acknowledge anything, they never communicate to the patient,you will wait until your shortfall gets escalated to debt collection and you have to eventually pay the shortfall amount
