Really disappointed
I claimed for damages to my window and the loss of battery did quotes and send to them of which was approved, come the day to pay out nobody calls me, upon calling them for feedback I find out that my excess is more than my damages so it will be pointless to pay me out, why can't I still be assisted if I have a exes buster policy of R3500, they tell me it will be cheaper to pay the damages by myself meaning my claim is declined. Why do I have access buster? I need someone to call and explain cos I have been calling my life away daily with promises to be called back

I would like to write a review about dotsure
I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za (Pet insurance) amazing and sorted out very quickly for me so well done on that!! Car insurance - Thanks to EJ for all his effort in helping me with Quotes however they are a bit expensive, but he was amazing when it came to communicating and explaining everything!! Well done, and thank you, EJ.

I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za (Pet insurance) amazing and sorted out very quickly for me so well done on that!! Car insurance - Thanks to EJ for all his effort in helping me with Quotes however they are a bit expensive, but he was amazing when it came to communicating and explaining everything!! Excellent insurances brokers
I have been using NetSure for 4 years now. My brokers name is Andre Reichel. I have used brokers my whole life as I find I get the best service form them and I like having someone fighting my corner during a claim. And Reichel and the NetSure team are EPIC. I just had a lightning strike claim. I didn't even do any paperwork. Andre did everything for me and Momentum (who I am insured though) just called to say cash was on its way for the pay out. I simply cannot rate Andre and his team highly enough. I would give 15 stars and it STILL would not be enough stars.
