I claimed for damages to my window and the loss of battery did quotes and send to them of which was approved, come the day to pay out nobody calls me, upon calling them for feedback I find out that my excess is more than my damages so it will be pointless to pay me out, why can't I still be assisted if I have a exes buster policy of R3500, they tell me it will be cheaper to pay the damages by myself meaning my claim is declined. Why do I have access buster? I need someone to call and explain cos I have been calling my life away daily with promises to be called back

I had a loan with Capfin of which I wanted to settle, I called the call center they gave me an amount, after waiting for a while decided to do the self service settlement by using the ussd string, the sms came through with an amount and a link that goes to my banking app approving the payment, the full amount as per the sms and link went through, today I'm still getting calls about me owing them R300 and some change, I get a debit order sms reminding me of my payment that should go off but I finalized payment, please check ur system and clear my name and as for agents calling me about R300 I'm not paying for that why don't ur settlement amounts agree if it's the same company
I have been complaining for almost a month and no one can explain whats going on on my account, i was disconnected cos apperently i owed an amount of R380 of which i could not understand as i made payment of R650 on 26/08, so i get told there was a balance of last month that was brought forward which is lies cos i had no balance on my account, get to the stateme t and noticed that an agent has activated my family package of R250 from the 02/08 till 26/08 without my consent as we watch explora and have the compact plus subscription, so that R250 you expect me now to blame for an error made by ur staff, so i have to pay a R250 plus R50 reconnection fee as if my fault olus i access fee of R85 for pvr after being told pvr is free with extra view and explora olease aort this out im not in the mood for calling the call centre nobody helps and u are placed for hours on hold
Got an sms go pick up my new store card while in the shop was told the ladies who can assist left i should come on another day, why is ur staff at home when the store is still open for business what a way to start of my customer experience about this company
So on Thursday we went to buy a few drinks at shoprite liqour, so Saturday we had my sister over and we opened the vodka and it was water in it we thought the men were pranking us, only to find out it was a sealed bottle of Smirnoff, this morning hubby takes it back they staff say they can't replace the bottle or refund it's the manager's words. So if they can't assist you to replace something than one of their staff took how many other people have this problem, mine was the 2 Nd time hence we went to complain , but no one cares about us cos they staff obviously exchange the booze for themselves
I'm disgusted by Ur way u treat customers, I have a Debit order that goes every month of R160 for the explora, than for about 4 months u have been debiting an extra R159 of which I asked to be cancelled and u advised that I had to call customer service to cancel the R159 as it was for extra things I could use, of which I don't, they gave me a WhatsApp number to use that way I can cancel the R159 on the WhatsApp number the service is poorer as u get a response after an hour and when u chat again they Inform you that they are now closed. Also apparently I owe R480 for 3 months which I don't understand cos u guys debit every month. I disputed once now I am behind with 3 months? Apparently I owe you for Jan, Feb and March, than why do I have debit orders that went off for those months?
So last week I went to Capitec bank in Delft mall, to make a deposit to a friend's account, when I got at the door they time to stand in the queue outside cos they don't do deposits inside the bank anymore, I have to join the rest of the customers outside and make a deposit at the ATM which already had more than 20 people standing in line and no social distancing, when I told the lady that we always do our deposits inside she told me to go to the one where I always get to make deposits inside, very poor service I have been with this bank since opening of their doors back in 2006/2007
I bought a tablet at Ackerman's in Feb 2020, March we had lockdown, something happened to the screen of my fone and it just became Black, I took the fone in April 2020 they told me me to keep it they will call me when to bring it as it's lockdown and the people who fix the fones are closed , I kept the fone now it's may nobody has called me I'm coming from the store now and they need the receipt, but the receipt no longer has any printing on it it's blank as it was in the purse the whole time,they can't take back the fone cos I don't have a receipt, I mean I took this on account, surely u guys must have a duplicate slip cos u take the 1 and give the clients theirs. Pls explain how I'm supposed to pay for a phone that is not working after empty promises
I called you in september was advised of my refund that i will receive 7 October, i called on this dayto make sure, was advised money was processed already up until now i haven't received it for told to send statement at whose cost? And this is an inconvenience
