NEW CHIC.... bad product, bad service.
7 Shirts ordered as 3X. They're received and so small they won't fit a medium. No way to contact New Chic or to return. The phone number is no good. Be sure to watch various review sites for YOUR PRODUCT TO BE THOROUGHLY REVIEWED VERY NEGATIVELY!!!!!!!!!!!

NEW CHIC.... bad product, bad service.

Empty, expensive promises with no delivery
My Gran ordered shoes online at the beginning of the year, and we're STILL waiting for them. She keeps on getting notices that they have her package in storage, but she has to pay extra shipping fees, and import fees and import tax and I don't know what else. What nonsense is this? Why can't they just deliver her package? So gatvol, this is nonsense.

Fake leather, wrong colour.
So I ordered a genuine leather hat in the colour of my choice from newchic. I'm just glad it arrived at all after reading all the negative reviews. To be fair, it arrived and swiftly so. However, very annoyingly, they sent the wrong colour - which is astounding as this isn't rocket science. They need to match my order with their stock. How hard could it be. Furthermore, this hat is NOT genuine leather. Doesn't feel like leather, doesn't smell like leather or have any tags or stamps to state it's leather. So be wary when ordering from Chinese. I don't have money or patients to go back and forth with these imbeciles. It's a nice hat. Looks solid. Fits well. Arrived fine. Just as I say, false advertising as it is not the material advertised and seeing as their eyes are half-mast they couldn't discern the correct colour. I haven't attempted to contact customer service. Maybe I will. Let you know further.

Newchic is an online store that ships from China, and the website doesn't tell you this, but you will have to pay taxes at customs so you should factor that in the prices, also incredibly long leadtimes

Newchic is an online store that ships from China, and the website doesn't tell you this, but you will have to pay taxes at customs so you should factor that in the prices, also incredibly long leadtimes

I ordered a bra last month. Got a message yesterday to say it was with Buffalo Logistics and that I need to pay the import tax of 45%. I read the reviews and it seems these people are not above board. What do I do? Just let it be, lose the money I already paid including courier service or do I get caugt out again with import tax?

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY
If I could award a 5- star black rating I would have as the current rating system does not do justice to the extremely bad customer service and quality of the products advertised. I waited five months for 2 x tie clips with matching cuff links. After numerous e-mails and lots of frustration i managed to receive 1 tie clip and two sets of cufflinks of inferior quality considering the price charged....And oh, don't forget to add import taxes which are not included in the price. To this day the second tie clip is still outstanding even after another couple of e-mails. In the end I decided to just call it a day and cut my losses. Doing business with this company is not recommended at all.
