Good afternoon I have a complain with one 1 group nissan the Glen Johannesburg On the 18th of December I booked for full service and took it there full operational with no problems as a precotional measure on my part, then according to them on pick up it was done but as a female trusting a registered dealership I didn't check and thy didn't show me what was done of the car then I proceed back home, and the car was parked. Then on the 28 of December decided to take it to Easter cape but I coundnt reach my destination because 2hour from my home in koornstart it started to give me problems with over heating then I decided to go to the nearest garage I could find, as I was trying thn it just lost power and stopped in the middle of no wear but I called nissan the Glen to ask thm what I was facing and was told to bring the car back to them and what pains me is that due to this I have lost clients which hired me on the day as a self employed person due to this I went to them with the problem after I had check the car and I will give proof of the to me it seemed not done properly so I don't now whether the guys who do service never did the jobs or what, but I'm faced with a problem of them denial and unsafe, since then I'm still waiting with no answer as I left my car there so my question to them was after service they don't try clean the top of the car we're they made service or is it just left durty like tht as if it was never toughed. Because with other dealership to my knowledge cars come back clearned or I'm I wrong as it not the first time I took a car to service but different car brands.

We bought a Nissan X-Trail 2017 model in May this year from Nissan Group 1 Strand. On the 27 of October the car made a strange noise and it just died my husband and his friends got the car back home. On the 28th of October we call Nissan Kuilsrivier and ask them to send a towing but they did not have that services we arranges with our Insurance and within an half and hour they got the car to the dealership. They told us that it will take a month for them to fix the car when we ask if they can give us a courtesy car they told me that they do not give courtesy cars for cars that is older than 3 years. I contacted Nissan SA and everytime they gave feedback it was this and that and I still don't have a Car. I ask Nissan SA to follow-up on our number plates and it came back that the car was never send for Roadworthy. After almost 2 months without my car the dealership send me a mail today telling me that they have the car it must go for engine clearance and I need to pay the R800 for the engine clearance because the warranty does not cover that. Can somebody please tell me what I can do because I am not paying that money because I paid them over R300000 for the car and this is the Service I am getting for one of South-Africa biggest Car Dealers. I really would not recommend anybody to buy a car from them because they don't care about there clients and the client service is very poor.

Pathetic service been waiting for reimbur*****t from dealership(PE) for the car I bought from them and fixed things they were suppose to do but then said will reimburse me. Giving me a run around since Feb.

I actually do not know where to start thats how pathetic this groups service was. That bad that they do not get back to you, no follow ups and they make empty promises before changing branches. They forget whom the client is. As if they are doing you a favour yet you are paying a lump sum for your new vehicle. That they develop an attitude and block you as a client. I would not in a million years recommend anybody to them. my first new buy have I never ever imagined to have been this bad. It did not even feel as a brand new buy. I actually had a way better experience when I purchased a second hand vehicle. We waited so long for the vehicle after numerous dates were given of when it would be delivered. My husband was told a date to bring the car for a service and only to find out that morning the car was not booked for its service. WE had to currently ask them when to bring the car also to have the light buzzer installed which was omitted from the vehicle when we got it which was suppose to have been done before handing the vehicle to us. We are still almost a year later waiting on a backboard for the boot of the vehicle as they cannot keep to their word.
