Good afternoon I have a complain with one 1 group nissan the Glen Johannesburg On the 18th of December I booked for full service and took it there full operational with no problems as a precotional measure on my part, then according to them on pick up it was done but as a female trusting a registered dealership I didn't check and thy didn't show me what was done of the car then I proceed back home, and the car was parked. Then on the 28 of December decided to take it to Easter cape but I coundnt reach my destination because 2hour from my home in koornstart it started to give me problems with over heating then I decided to go to the nearest garage I could find, as I was trying thn it just lost power and stopped in the middle of no wear but I called nissan the Glen to ask thm what I was facing and was told to bring the car back to them and what pains me is that due to this I have lost clients which hired me on the day as a self employed person due to this I went to them with the problem after I had check the car and I will give proof of the to me it seemed not done properly so I don't now whether the guys who do service never did the jobs or what, but I'm faced with a problem of them denial and unsafe, since then I'm still waiting with no answer as I left my car there so my question to them was after service they don't try clean the top of the car we're they made service or is it just left durty like tht as if it was never toughed. Because with other dealership to my knowledge cars come back clearned or I'm I wrong as it not the first time I took a car to service but different car brands.
I took my car to nissan the Glen on the 18 December for a full service as I was going home in the eastern cape but after they did service on my car it over heated and stop 2 hours from my home now they are telling me stories and it went there before service as a precotion on my side but my crying now bcs whn I checked it looks like it has never been touched as the engine is still diety u touch were the supposedly changed plugs.
I'm very dissappoint with Vodacom and their manager in protea Glen in soweto because we send a phone in December 11/2022 for repairs which is under insurance but until now it's not fixed as their store manager never sent it to repairs department, And the most sad part is that I had to try and get answer myself to them but no I'm still waiting with no answers but whn I went there the Manager hid at the back of the store.
Game stores last month I had to call them about an account tht was settled as they were bussy calling me to pay and I had prove of payment then they promised to fix and to my knowledge it was but now " again" I still receive messages from them about a balance and it makes me mad as I told them to close the account. to me they are not doing they job as they have promises
I have a bad experience with game store on their RCS account tht I fully paid in July this year but according to them I was on arreas then decided to pay the amount they wanted and called them for a settlement amount paid it on the 12/09/20 and till now I'm being billed for arreas, they also classified me without my knowledge tried calling them and everyone they promise to clerifie the mistake by with no help " customer service"
