Our NISSAN NP pickup vehicle had a 90000kms service on 8/2/24 at this dealer. Since then , we've had to return it yesterday.. and again today for matters not attended-to/identified in the major service. But now, we also have detected additional issues that have cropped-up since yesterday's "service" We have prior poor service outcomes with this dealership, and every time they are paralysed to respond positively to the service issues. Also, they don't have loan vehicles for their customers to use while they extraordinarily delay for days, to get their jobs carried-out correctly, the first time. - Herman?

good Day 29 July 2023 i went to shell garage to fill-in petrol and engine oil and i went to Pretoria with family coming back next day that i find out at the near garage that my oil cab was not closed and oil was al***** the engine. i went back to shell garage to complain and they did see that it was their mistake. the owner book my car to Nissan the glen to fix my engine on the 1 August 2023 my car was book for repair it took them 4months to fix it on the 2 November 2023 i fetch my car as they told to come fetch my Nissan i was not happy with the car i took my car home then i called the shell garage owner to tell them i'm not happy so he advised to take the car back to them i did that on the 4th November 2023 i took it back explain my problems to them the engine light, the was a sound the was coming on the engine(pulley) that the told me the wont fix because since i bought a car that part was not changed which i didn't have the problem before and lastly the didn't ***** the left fender. i sent them an email which they didn't have the decency to rely as i explain to the i need my car for Christmas holiday. i wrote to the that the owner of Shell garage trust them with my car as a dealer how can the fix my car and leave that engine light they should know better that when you fix an engine sensor of the engine need to be replaced.

Took my car inn for service and the drop off drive was inconsiderate to say the least, had to get off the car and catch an uber to my destination. I understand that I am not the only customer, Nissan does not even adhere to Covid regulations, there were 6 customers to be dropped off in a 7 seater car. I waited 38 minutes for the drop off car to arrive and its very distasteful to even talk about this matter. Anywho BYE Nissan, Hello VW! SIES!

I bought a car in August with warranty, only started with using the car mid September because of the paperwork delay from my salesman James, I told James that the boot spoiler was loose and he did nothing about it, now the breaks, shocks and some parts are worn out, I’ve driven the car for less than 2 months and am told that I have to pay R20K for a car that was roadworthy according to them, this is a rip off they sold me a broken car for a price of a brand new car.

Good Day Hope this finds you well. I have been taking my car to Nissan THE GLEN in Johannesburg for the cluster replacement and gear box check for the past 6 months before lock down and again yesterday. The first time they ordered the part which took 3-5 to arrive then for six months I have been turned 4 times away. 1. I went in the morning at 6:30am left my car only to be told at 15:47 that they were over booked they couldn’t change the cluster and that happened twice in different days. 2. Yesterday 14th May 2020 I took the car again as I booked and they told my car will be the first to be attended 6:26 I was the and the first client but some cars from city of Joburg were attended too first and only to be told at 10:54 that the cluster is wrong and doesn’t fit on my car. All this time they were busy with other cars hence they told me after 10am that the cluster is wrong and I have been waiting for the car. Be aware that the warranty is ending soon and my problem has not yet been fixed. I use this bakkie to deliver products as I run a poultry farm. I have wasted my time and taking half day leave just to be told such stories and excuses now what will happen that my warranty will expire at 60 000KM must I pay for the car to be fixed myself. I have been treated like trash and I’m so depressed by the service I got after more than 6moths of trying to get my cluster replaced. Car registration: HV 13 WG GP SIBUSISO KHUZWAYO

I bought car from Group 1 Nissan the glen a month ago, almost 2 month now. I still don't have paper work. the guy who sold the car to me left company and now they don't want to do the paper work. I have a car with me but I guess this car is under someone else's name. I phoned, Email several times, my friend went to dealership(because I'm in Durban now), still no response. First, when I phone I left number to call me back but no one called. Second, Some lady (Manager?) took phone and she said she will do the documentation by Friday but its been 2 weeks after she promised. I will never gonna buy car from group1 ever again.
