Cancelled the lay bye and the refund was processed I submitted docs and provided Bank details money not paid till today. Newmarket Alberton, Sales lady Linah Dube.
I cancelled my fibre service in Jan/Feb 2021 and returned the device with everything the receptionist processed everything and I signed that all was in order. Now early November the Company debit my account which is after 9 months or so claiming that there was a missing equipment. I then went to the office Cape town and found the person who received and signed off when i returned the device and explain my reason why I was there charged R225 and then she says she does not understand as everything was returned .She promised to liaise with the departments and arrange for Refund. I have now been following up and I am told the charge will stand as the item was missing. I am not able to be connected with her due to how the system works etc. Can I have my refund as the charge is not valid...
Pathetic service been waiting for reimbur*****t from dealership(PE) for the car I bought from them and fixed things they were suppose to do but then said will reimburse me. Giving me a run around since Feb.
Good afternoon I rented a car with Bidvest at ctn international from 31 aug to 5 Oct up until now the rental has not been finalised and billed accordingly so my dep can be refunded I was told Deidre is working on it when I phone she is forever not available. I contacted the customer care via email no response and I called today spoke to Amanda Rose who said she will come back I am still awaiting, Can I please have this query sorted out immediately its exhausting. I will never ever rent a car from them very disappointed to say the least.
I made a booking and had my deposit with the company that I have been continuosly using for over two months.Upon arriving to collect the car and return the one I had I was told the deposit was reversed back into my car which was a blatant lie and was denied a car I then contacted my bank which confirmed that the dep was with thrifty I went the following day to prove all that it was a struggle to get the car but eventually got it however I lost a day which was not my fault I asked for compensation was told the Manager will look at it and make a decision.The next day I got a wishy washy email with a lousy excuse from the Consultant not even the Manager himself clearly running away from properly correcting their wrong and compensating for the inconvenience they caused me unnecessary due to their Consultant Team Leader Anwar who in my view is incompetent and lacks customer service and professionalism.
I asked for my TFG cellphone insurance to be cancelled in Jan and nothing has been done its pillar to post Justin Dowie,Leilane Ferris,Wilbur van Rhyne,Neo Motate please deliver on your promise it is frustrating and acceptable.
