Fraudulent Company

Novations is beyond unprofessional and fraudulent. They always have issues finding client information, it becomes your responsibility to provide details they should have on their system. In my case they breached their contractual agreement and left me with a bill they failed to pay a third party.

I left this insurance as I don’t believe they would have the capability to handle a claim if they can not find client information.
