This company is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life. 4 months later, no one has called to provide an update on my matter, no one communicates and people consistently lie on their recorded lines. 4months later when I am following up only to find out they **** about logging the matter there is no investigation and only now they are logging the matter. They lack integrity, honesty and accountability.
The lady I spoke to was well informed, very helpful and provided sufficient reasoning and explanation for the decisions. I was thinking to change my insurance to recieve a better premium but due to the adequate explanation I may remain insured.
Clear Access does not usually make you wait for an extensive period before picking up their lines, they also 24hours which means you can call them at anytime. If their internet is down they will provide an alert communicating that the matter is being resolved in some cases. They have for the most part not given me many problems apart from when they are down for an extensive period. The biggest issue I have found is that their internet lasts for 40min during loadshedding, they are aware of this problem as I keep calling to alert them everyday but they have failed to resolve it as I am unimportant and insignificant to them, most people would not notice this issue as they would have no power during those hours. For this reason I would not recommend them as they show no concern to problems individuals raise especially when they do not affect the greater majority. Please hello peter community recommend a good fibre company who will take my concerns seriously even if they only affect me. (Malachite Mews in Boksburg area for the fibre recommendations)
I have been defrauded by this company who have been making deductions from my account for several years yet I do not have any insurance with them. This has become a legal matter.
Terrible service, delivered my parcel to the wrong location and further inconvenience the customer by not trying to assist. When you call them they provide no assistance for their error, absolutely terrible.
I have experienced the most appalling service from this company, they have wrongly captured my car details and even after requesting for them to make amendments in 2020 which was not done. For my 2021 service they refused to pay my dealer as they had not conducted the amendments on my policy, I was on the line with them for hours so I can collect my car. They dropped the line and told me they can no longer assist and left me stranded at the dealership I had to pay for my own service. When I called again to get a refund they have now requested that I go get it from the dealer. The matter is still unresolved 4days later. Please find another provider to save yourself from this atrocious service.
Novations is beyond unprofessional and fraudulent. They always have issues finding client information, it becomes your responsibility to provide details they should have on their system. In my case they breached their contractual agreement and left me with a bill they failed to pay a third party. I left this insurance as I don’t believe they would have the capability to handle a claim if they can not find client information.
