What a disgusting, pathetic, poor customer service we received from Natasha. From telephonically, to check in and also to check out. She defines poor customer service and she represents it so perfectly. She handled us like she is ******. Our Rondavel had so many problems. 1. The bathroom window is broken and since it is winter and windy it was whistling throughout. And keeping us frozen. 2.The bathroom door is broken, bathing was hell, it was freezing and using the bathroom when someone was eating was prohibited. 3. Bathroom basin cold water tap is broken, we couldn’t use it also. 4 Toilet flushing mechanism is broken, needed skills to flush the toilet. 5. The bathroom was dirty and had stains all around the toilet on check in day. 6. The one single bed has a broken leg, the bed kept on collapsing and we had to squeeze each other on the other single bed at night, so we don’t work on fixing the bed through the night. 7. The pool was under maintenance upon our arrival and no communication whatsoever was made to us regarding fixing time frames, or when it was working again and it was also dirty.
Big ups to the restaurant team Elias Maseko and Precious Tshehla for handling us with care and love. We wanted to check out on Saturday but they were so sweet and empathetic and they deserve to be recognised and be the face of Olifants River Lodge by Dream Resorts.
