I’m so disgusted by Master Care. You are a master in ****ming people. Now that I want my money back, you went AWOL ON ME.Please pay me back my money. I have given you enough time to do not do anything on my previous request. All I want is my money because your service Sucks. You don’t take clients seriously. I sent my request for a refund and no one is updating me on anything. Now more than ever I would like my money back! TLANGELANI is also still quite because she will benefit from this as well.

It is disappointing to know that the bank I trust has a terrible, disgusting service. I logged a ***** query on the 20th of July 2025. I haven’t heard from Standard Bank. I follow up weekly only to be told that someone will call me back, till date I haven’t received any form of Communication/updates whatsoever from Standard Bank. STANDARD BANK, when it is month end, you know how to debit your bank charges, but in terms of service, you guys are doing terribly so, without even blinking. I’m so beyond frustrated and disappointed by a big bank such as Standard Bank.
I am so disappointed in the 5pack cotton bikini that I bought on Saturday. Every underwear I put on it tears and they are brand new. The underwear’s have not yet been washed and as I wear them or put them on they tear. I would like someone to look into this asap. I am so unhappy with my purchase.
What a disgusting, pathetic, poor customer service we received from Natasha. From telephonically, to check in and also to check out. She defines poor customer service and she represents it so perfectly. She handled us like she is ******. Our Rondavel had so many problems. 1. The bathroom window is broken and since it is winter and windy it was whistling throughout. And keeping us frozen. 2.The bathroom door is broken, bathing was hell, it was freezing and using the bathroom when someone was eating was prohibited. 3. Bathroom basin cold water tap is broken, we couldn’t use it also. 4 Toilet flushing mechanism is broken, needed skills to flush the toilet. 5. The bathroom was dirty and had stains all around the toilet on check in day. 6. The one single bed has a broken leg, the bed kept on collapsing and we had to squeeze each other on the other single bed at night, so we don’t work on fixing the bed through the night. 7. The pool was under maintenance upon our arrival and no communication whatsoever was made to us regarding fixing time frames, or when it was working again and it was also dirty. Big ups to the restaurant team Elias Maseko and Precious Tshehla for handling us with care and love. We wanted to check out on Saturday but they were so sweet and empathetic and they deserve to be recognised and be the face of Olifants River Lodge by Dream Resorts.
Kfc Boulevard, we just came in store and our order number is 1310. We ordered 10 dunked wings and 2wrapsters and we were given 9tiny dry wings that taste like they spent the whole day in the warmer. This is highly dissatisfying and disappointing for a new KFC that just opened in boulevard. Why did we order 10 dunked and even received 9???

LAST YEAR (2023 ) TOOK THE CAR IN TO BE DIAGNOSED AND IT WAS MISDIAGNOSED AND I PAID MILLIONS FOR THE CAR WHILE IT WAS MISDIAGNOSED AND I HAVE BEEN ENQUIRING ABOUT IT SINCE LAST YEAR TO DATE AND I HAVE JUST BEEN TAKEN FROM PILLAR TO PILLAR AND NO ONE CARES ENOUGH TO EVEN CONTACT ME WITH FEEDBACK. I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO ME AND IT HAS BEEN A YEAR TOYOTA. I AM TIRED OF BEING PATIENT CAN YOU DO YOUR JOB ABD AND GET BACK TO ME ASAP. I WAS TOLD THAT I MUST LOOK FOR A LAWYER OR I CAN DO WHATEVER THAT I WISH TO DO AND THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THIS QUERY WILL BE ENTERTAINED. AT THIS RATE I AM FURIOUS…
You people don’t deserve a star. Rain stop ****ming clients. You cannot resolve one simple query and you keep referring me to your website. I was charged for something that I cancelled and your invoices shows that you charged me twice. I REALLY HOPE PEOPLE MOVE AWAY FROM RAIN AND FIND BETTER INTERNET CONNECTIONS. I AM SO ANGRY WITH YOUR SERVICE, YOUR TEAM, RAIN ITSELF AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH RAIN. HOW DO TOU CHARGE FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS CANCELLED AND STILL HAVE THE POWER TO SAY THAT WHENEVER I PAID YOU RECONNECTED AND CHARGED RECONNECTION FEES???? WHO ASKED YOU TO RECONNECT. I WOULD LIKE FOR ALL THE RECONNECTION FEES TO BE REMOVED, AND ALL STUPID CHARGES AS PER MY CANCELLATION. ****MERS.
YOU GUYS DO NOT DESERVE A STAR. I AM NOT GOING TO REST. This year march we got ****med and we reported this matter then you guys waited for us to leave the branch in Daveyton mall then closed the ticket. My mother went to Lakeside mall to follow up on the matter she was told the ticket was closed and the will make contact with the branch to reopen the ticket. Few weeks later I went to East rand mall and I was told the ticket was closed and was never reopened and on our side we lost R3000 that was in the savings account. All we know is that Capitec closed the ticket and no call nor email was sent to us with an update. I have given Capitec enough time to reach out and your silence is too much. How long does it take to send a stupid update? How long does it take to investigate a matter or rather do you investigate matters even when tickets are closed?????
I am a Big Fan of the Caramel flavoured Tennis biscuits. For me my cup of coffee with my caramel tennis biscuits a day keeps me away from a Dr. However can you guys please LABEL/CHANGE The Cappuccino flavour, they literally look the SAME and I am not a fan of the cappuccino however whenever I send someone to the supermarket for my Caramel tennis biscuits, they are most likely to bring the Cappuccino ones😭😭😭 I am pleading with you to do something so that we can see the difference even from a distance. I thank you!
