Olifantsrivier Lodge - No man!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dream Resorts, fix your dog

We spent a few days here..... Bathrooms and showers dirty....called and was told it's supposed to be cleaned 8 x times a day..no such...after our call, a notice went up to say that they are cleaned between 7h30 - 8h30! Once a day for a campsite that is fully booked????????????????????? no handsoap in ladies bathroom, shower rails broken, not sure if they even clean the place properly WHEN they do! Electricity kept tripping and we were told that the generator does not service the campsites? so now there's a distinction between chalets and camping? Would not recommend and def won't visit again!
