Hi it has been two years since my mother has laid a complaint with the Ombudsman about her pension being allocated to a fund that she was not aware of by a Financial advisor at Old mutual the whole process was done without her approval or consent and it seems nobody is giving her feed back or answering her calls at the Ombudsman as to why she can not be given her money back by Old mutual. Kindly assist.

I have been under Debt review since April 2014, and have paid over R150k towards my debt to date. To my surprise when I wanted to see how things were going I found that after 3 1/2 years of paying I have only decreased my total debt amount with R6000.00. I have requested statements from the creditors and received 2 out of the 9. On the 2 statements received the creditors are both charging more interest, insurance and admin fees than what is being paid to them per month. As per the court order my debt should be paid up in 7 years. How can this be if after paying over R150 000.00, but the total amount owed to the creditors only decreased by R6000.00??? Do I then keep paying after the 7 years or should the creditors then after the given time by the Court write off the excess amounts that there still ma be? I have tried sorting it out with the NCR, no luck, I have tried sorting it out with the attorney, no luck, what can I do? There must be something I can do, please help me or direct me!!!
