REPOST AS NO RESPONSE FROM VODACOM SINCE MY LAST REVIEW 31 JANUARY!!!! GOT A RESPONSE SAYING SOMEONE WILL BE IN TOUCH- ALL LIES!!!! Disappointed with Vodacom!!! I signed up for the first time over the phone with Vodacom for my upgrade- I usually go into the store. The lady was very helpful BUT she said to me that my contract was 36 months- I told her that this was NOT true. If she looked back at my history, she would see that it was ALWAYS 24 months and I have always upgrade every 24 months. She said she will change the contract period. I later received my contract upgrade documents but it STILL showed 36 months!!! I called in at Vodacom and advised them of the situation and they said they will look into it- THIS WAS END OF NOVEMBER. Until today- 31 January- TWO MONTHS LATER- NO ONE has gotten back to me to give me feedback/fix this situation! I called in several times and have reference numbers for this and I messaged on Vodacom messenger a few times (have proof of all of this) and STILL NO RESPONSE. How long can it take to listen to ONE call recording between myself and the lady who did the upgrade for me???!!! And then to find out what was said between us and establish the correct contract period!!! RIDICULOUS WAITING PERIOD!!!
Pathetic- highest list of reviews to Vodacom from my side!!! Bought a whatsapp ticket that doesnt work and it keeps eating my data saying i am using OUT OF BUNDLE- when i HAVE data!!!! FIX IT YOU RIDICULOUS COMPANY AND REFUND ME WHAT IS OWED!!!
A month ago, I went to Legalwise Centurion. I was then referred to the attorneys. Over a week later, I saw the attorneys in Centurion. I was asked to submit my marriage certificate and did so immediately. 3 weeks later, we are still waiting for Legalwise to approve the claim. Upon calling and emailing, then just don't give answers and keep promising to do so! This is a labour matter and we are on a tight schedule. Now, upon even emailing the attorneys, they also don't reply! DOES ANYONE WORK AND DO WHAT IS EXPECTED OF THEM???!!!

We have an ongoing matter for over a year and NO ONE gives you answers. I have proof of tons of emails sent but NO RESPONSE at all! Pathetic and a total waste of money!!!!

Really useless online and at the stores- years of complaints on Facebook etc, no one ever calls you to apologise or resolve your issue! I went online yesterday to purchase items- I tried all day to pay but it refused. I called customer services, spoke to Eugene who said he would get back to me- nothing. The specials that I had picked yesterday have now increased in price- due to Mr Price making changes in terms of their online payments- they take away manual EFT and no other options wor****! CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!! Cant even message them privately or rate them on Facebook- no option available, can only comment and complain under the stuff they post!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
