I recently purchased the 1000 De lux built-in braai and was thoroughly impressed by its exceptional quality. The company provided clear communication about the turnaround time, which in my case was just a week.
I paid twice because there online payment is broken. Went off twice on my account but till they sms and email me about being due. Nobody answers emails, and contanct number is just silent and eats up airtime. No wonder SABC bankcorrupt.

its been 2 years since I report issue with previous insurance. In short the insurance didn't pay out my glasses that was stolen. Something that I clearly asked them at the time if i have to insure it when i took out policy. launch complain with ombud. never got anywhere with them. Really feedback. Hope this is private entity and not funded by taxpayer because it really useless
I have summit my claim with all the documents and waited m 10 days for assessor to came back to me. <br> <br> I have sent emails and tried calling for last 2 days but nobody answers the phone. Know i sitting without a car because I cant fix it before the assessor is done with his investigation.
