POOR COMMUNICATION
Hi it has been two years since my mother has laid a complaint with the Ombudsman about her pension being allocated to a fund that she was not aware of by a Financial advisor at Old mutual the whole process was done without her approval or consent and it seems nobody is giving her feed back or answering her calls at the Ombudsman as to why she can not be given her money back by Old mutual. Kindly assist.

PENSION FUND STOLEN @ OLD MUTUAL
<p>Post this. <br />Missing Pension Fund money</p> <p>I can't believe the run around we have been through. My mother transferred her pension fund after years of slaving away in government to Old Mutual. Who advices her incorrectly, she requested one thing and the advisor did another. Forcing her to take an option she didn't want, when she said she didn't want the option he gave her, he did it anyway. Now instead of helping her he won't take her calls, management say they can't locate the money. Transfer her from pillar to post and now they say they can't locate the Funds and advise us to go lodge a complaint with the FSB.</p> <p>Can someone PLEASE contact us because we are tired and my mother needs to access her money.</p>

BULLYING & FIGHTING. Children being neglected.
<p>My nephew </p> <p>Thusego Landane who attends #SparkSchool in #Centurion has been continuously bullied by a child in his class - #BADGERS by the name of KHOSI. </p> <p>He threatens my nephew into giving him his lunch and in one instance when my nephew refused he bit him on the arm so hard that we could see the bite marks when he came back from school. </p> <p>My sister , His Mother Tumelo Landane </p> <p>contacted the teacher and principal to adress the issue and they promised they would but failed to. My sister , then suggested he be moved to another class and they told her they could only do that during the next term which is unacceptable because my nephew refuses to go to school. </p> <p>We have been patient but is completely out of hand. </p>

OVERNIGHT COURIER A LIE.
<p>Good day. </p> <p>I am running a business in which I sell clothing and hair and haveto courier items to my customers daily and in more than one instance they have recieved their goods weeks later when I leave them in the box before 3PM on weekdays. My lady instance was a parcel I sent last week Wednesday - tracking number ********** 8532 which to date still has not arrived , I can't even track the parcel online as it says it's invalid and when I call I keep being told it will arrive " tomorrow " despite all this mind you I drove around Pretoria looking for bags as there hadn't been any at #ForestHill #QuaggaCentre #CenturionMall #MAll@Reds its unacceptable the service I have constantly recieved I am trying to run a buisness. </p> <p>Sincerly </p> <p>unhappy customer. </p> <p>Landela Landane </p>
