My case has been in 'review' with the Ombudsman ( Sonya De Jager and Marsha Williams) for over a year. The feedback received from the Ombudsman : "we will provide you with feedback as soon as we are able to do so", this has been going on for over a year. PPS continues to debit my account monthly during this extended period of 'review'. One wonders if the Ombudsman and PPS are working together? Is there monetary gain on either side or both sides , with clients still being debited for premiums during the extended review process . Why aren't premiums stopped during the review process and resumed once an outcome has been reached? PPS is making tons of money during these review periods as most professional cancel their policies once an outcome is reached.
