I had a very disappointing experience today at the store. I was in line to check out when another customer skipped the line, and the cashier did not intervene or acknowledge the unfairness of the situation. The cashier was also disrespectful, making a comment about how my money wasn't as valuable as the other customer's money.She said in her words that money is a duster so clearly my money isn't important because I don't have a lot of it. Wow the disrespect!! I pray that lady heals because she's bitter. The securities are, however, very friendly, and they picked up that I wasn't happy.

Absolute horrible customer service. Took my niece there to get some stuff for her birthday, she wanted some nail polish and we saw a sign that says buy one get one free, so we took 2 and a few other things. upon paying we were told that we have to buy 2 nail polishes then only will we get the 3rd free, we then said to the owner that the board clearly states buy one get one free, but he was adamant that we were wrong, we were going to pay just to get the two nail polishes, but the lady working in that isle brought the board and told the owner he told them to put it up. He then proceeded to take the board and tear it up and he started being rude, gave all the money back and told us to take our money and leave all his stuff in absolute abrupt rude manner. Would advise people not to go there as he also changes prices at the till and when trying to explain he gets rude.

Avoid this store like the plague. I purchased items and asked before payment if I could return for refund if it was unsuitable Was told of course as long as it was within the 7 day period. Well... What absolute fabrication of the truth. Not only did the refuse to refund the unopened product. the faulty one was checked and replaced with an unchecked one. When I said that was unacceptable he signed the receipt saying it was my guarantee. This is an obvious China Mall style operation in a shopping mall They have lost a customer and are not following the prescribed consumer council guidelines. I would urge Mall of the South to reconsider allowing this type of 'tenant'

Terrible experience at one stop value mart. Bought a kids costume on 12/09/2021 upon opening the item it was torn. Took it back on 13/09/2021 and the owner and Manager Jasmine refused to exchange although they have a 7 day exchange policy. The owner is rude with no customer etiquette. Pointed his finger to get his point through. I encourage everyone not to support such stores that do not respect their customers. Finally left the item behind and walked out with no refund or exchange. Unaceptable behavior absolutely disgusting!!!

Don`t buy anything there as there return policy is 7 days and they will not even try and help you ,no exchange ,repair or refund ,even if you have a valid reason after that time if the item is faulty, in other words ,no guarantees or warranties. And secondly they will refuse to give you any senior persons name or listen to reason.
