Worst service ever, all friendly and full of promises until they have all your information and waisted a week of your time, then they give you a second offer which is nowhere close to the first offer agreed on. And then you don't hear from them again or can get hold of them.
Worse service ever ,upgrade done ,mistake on there side with a ID number ,no delivery ,they don't get back to you ,and lie every time about what they are doing to fix the problem ,in the meantime I as a customer have to do the work for them by calling and trying to get the issue resolved. Nobody shows any interest or concern.
Don`t buy anything there as there return policy is 7 days and they will not even try and help you ,no exchange ,repair or refund ,even if you have a valid reason after that time if the item is faulty, in other words ,no guarantees or warranties. And secondly they will refuse to give you any senior persons name or listen to reason.
Worts service ever ,and I have had bad service and am in the service industry ,they advertised a Skyworth 55 inch led smart tv for a certain on a pamphlet without having any stock or making an effort of getting stock. Than when you call they are unprofessional ,not helpful and also try and make you a liar when you sitting with the pamphlet in front of you. You get send around from pillar to post and nobody gives you a strait answer or remedy. Eventually you just give up which I think I there aim. This is the best example of false advertising and way of attracting clients under false pretences.
SA home loans waists your time in getting all your details for at the end decline your application to extent your existing home loan. This after they called me and offered it to me.
