Subject: Urgent: Delayed Funeral Claim for Brother's Passing
Dear OneSpark Customer Service Team,
I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the handling of my funeral claim. My brother passed away, and I submitted my claim with all required documentation. Despite the 48-hour waiting period having lapsed, I've received no update on the status of my claim.
I've made multiple calls to your office. Today, I was told that a representative, Lady Jane, would call me back to inform me of the claim's outcome. Unfortunately, she failed to follow through on this promise.
With my brother's funeral scheduled for Saturday, 1st March 2025, I'm growing increasingly anxious about the delay. As a policyholder who has never missed a payment since October 2023, I expect a higher level of service and empathy.
I urge you to expedite the processing of my claim and provide a prompt update on the status. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
