I wrote a email to One Spark yesterday that they still deducted policy money for my deceased brother in February and in March. To my surprise I woke up this morning and saw they deducted another R509.10 but I already paid my policy on 29th March 2025.
There was a few hiccups but tried to assist me the best way they could.
