BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

This is not the first time I’ve used this company. But I sadly forgot how long it takes to receive one’s order. I placed my order on the 25th. Today is the 1st. One must take the weekend into consideration - therefore, 5 working days later, I am still waiting. Despite numerous calls to Ryan, I still have not received any communication other than to original mail to say my order was received.
