Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Experience at Orchid Day Spa

We recently booked a spa package for our two sons and their partners at Orchid Day Spa, located at the OR Tambo Premier Hotel. The package included a massage, facial, and pedicure, and the appointment was for a Saturday.

While they were enjoying their treatments, we were babysitting our 2-year-old grandson at home. Partway through the evening, he really wanted his mommy, so we had to take him to the spa while the the******s were still busy with their pedicures.

I was truly amazed by how the staff handled the situation. The receptionist was so understanding and kindly said it was absolutely fine for the little one to join them while the pedicures were being completed. They allowed him to sit with his mom, which made a world of difference for all of us.

When everyone got home, they couldn't stop raving about how amazing the experience was—from the massages to the facials and pedicures. They said the the******s were professional, friendly, and made them feel completely relaxed.

The spa itself is spotless, well-organized, and offers a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and professionalism. This thoughtful gesture made the day extra special for our family.
