Accident claim SPM 430337 - Oxford claims & legal services lame excuses

19/03/19 I was involved in an accident with one of oxford claims and legal services insured last year September (2018). I was standing still at a red traffic light when their insured failed to stop and rear ended my vehicle (C/O Modderfontein and Ysterhout Road - Norkem Park). The oxford claims and legal services insured that drove into my vehicle filed the accident report at the police station and in the report admitted that he failed to stop and drove into the back of my vehicle. After numerous e-mails and transfers from one incompetent consultant to the next they eventually informed me today, 6 months later that they deny liability for my claim/damages because I overtook their insured and our vehicles were to close to each other and collided - what a joke!! There must be some kind of legal action we can take against the unfair and dishonest management of this company??
