Worse insurance stay awaaaaay

I was involved in a car accident with Renasa client on the 25/11/2019, my car was rear ended by a drunk driver . The driver admitted of his fault and gave me his insurance number to claim for the 3rd party , then I contacted his broker (Liza campherb) waited long till she sent my claim to Darryl at St Paul underwriters .

Darryl advised he awaits for the reply from OCLS specialist .from Darryl I got transferred to vanessa kgase@ocls.co.za after almost 6 months patiently waiting for the claim to be approved. But Vanessa also sent me to Nombulelo.Ndlovu@ocls.co.za whom she declined my claim yet the photos of the vehicle shows the car was on the breakdown lane on the time of an impact.
