Horrible services & no response

I have been waiting for 4 months for them to give me a answer on a 3rd party claim that I submitted in December.

"Every time I email I get the same response OCLS holds instructions to act on behalf of Renasa insurance.

Kindly note that file has been submitted to management for consideration.

Please follow up with us after five working days for an update."

I have followed up about 4 times already, and they just stopped responding to me at all.

The 3rd party specialist Vanessa has just decide to ignore my emails.
