**** alert! Rude waiters!

I received a loyalty voucher and a birthday voucher as I do every time I spend a certain amount at Panarottis, as a loyal customer of panarottis for many years, I went to your diners at Harties , Panarottis Village mall this morning to grab a quick meal, I got the pizza of R99 and chose to pay with my vouchers.

However your stuff refused to take my vouchers said they were only allowed to use only one voucher, I had to borrow money around to pay the outstanding amount, can you imagine how embarrassing that must have been?

I'm very upset and I'm taking this further, this whole voucher plot is just a ****, you can keep the rest of the vouchers you gave me I'll give u de details incase u need to retrieve and reverse them. As for panarottis, I'll definitely boycott it, it may not matter to you but my family, the rest of them and extended members will never eat there again!
