I want my money back. You scammed R3292 out of me. You did not mention that you dont accept African bank Credit card. You were so quick to debit money from my account but when I tell you that I didn't get your car you telling me that u cannot give me a refund. I want my money please .
This company is a total scam. I booked a rental car via booking.com and paid R3292 instantly. When I got to Europcar the next day to fetch the car my credit card was declined. I had to use another car rental company. My money was not refunded. Then I contacted their angecy only to find it was Car Rentals not Booking.com. Then finally i managed to get Car Rentals contact details, i told them i needed my refund and they refused to pay me back they said I should wait for 14 days then i can open a case.. i did exactly as told. Today one of their stuff calls and tell me that I have forfeited my money cos I called late. I want my money please .
Words can not even begin to describe how horrible Vodacom is. All my friends have migrated to Telekom but I stuck around Vodacom out of loyalty but man do I regret. I've been scammed more than twice, I bought whatsapp Ticket with my airtime but it doesn't work when I call them they can't help me, they even blocked my number from calling their call center. Guys let us please boycott Vodacom it's not worth it, their data and call prices are abnormal, they treat their customers like they don't matter. To date I'm still waiting for my refund, I want nothing to do with vodacom and I pray that the whole world sees what kind of business they run, their customer service stuff is illiterate. I am migrating to Telkom or Mtn I'm sure I will get a much better service thank you. Ten years of using vodacom and this is the treatment I get.
On Sunday the 17th Of September I bought cheese curls from their shop, but it was already late and was about to close so I was in a hurry, I forgot to check the expiry date, when I got home I gave them to my 6months old baby, an hour or two passed then she started getting feverish, she got sick, I monitored her temperature the whole night she cried with tummy cramps, the next morning I decided to check the expiry date, only to find they had long expired in August. I immediately took her to the pedaetrician, Dr diagnosed her with tonsils and confirmed it was the result of those expired cheese curls. I immediately went to Usave and told the woman who claimed to be the manager, I wouldn't know she was lying because they don't even put their name tags, I explained my story to her and she said she would refund me, I told her I wanted them to pay for my baby's medical funds because had they done their job and checked the shelves and removed expired stuff then my baby wouldn't be sick. She then went to the back to speak to the manager and came back to tell me that I needed a doctors note before they could refund me, I then went back to the Dr to get that, Dr gave me what was needed then still they told me that they won't help me because the Dr doesn't have any proof that it was indeed their expired cheese curls that caused my baby tonsils. So I would like to urge everyone reading this to never purchase anything from Usave again because this is not the first time I get bad attitude from them. Sometime last year my son was injured in their store during robbery, they didn't even care my son had to be stitched in the eye. So Usave in Ga-Rankuwa doesn't care about people all they want is money.

I would like to urge everyone who wants a legal policy to think more than twice before taking a policy with legalwise. These people are about money. They don't care about their customers. They will literally throw you under the bus and eat your money. I even cancelled my policy with them today. I have since been on maternity leave from February. My company only paid me in February then from then on March and April my payslip was just too complicated and I didn't earn a cent. I took the matter to them and they claim that I don't have a case. I then went to the department of labour to my suprise the department took action immediately they opened a case against my company saying this is a big issue. I reported legal wise to HelloPeter and their customer service called me then reffered me back to where I got the problem. But still I didn't find a solution. I find all the stuff of legal wise including their managers incompetent. I cancelled my policy with them but still I loose all th money I have been paying them. Thanks for nothing legalwise I hope the people of South Africa see you for who you really are and you loose your business. I should have joined Scorpion it is better than you.

LegalWise does not practice what they show us on TV. I think all testimonials are being paid for. It's a total scam. They don't care about their clients, long as You have paid your monthly premiums and they received their money it's all good to them they don't care what happens to you next. My husband took a policy with them a few years ago. We have been paying but never claimed. Just this once I went on maternity leave and started having problems with my employer not paying me and my playslips shows complicated amounts of money which I wasn't understanding. I went to LegalWise not knowing it would be such a waste of time and effort. Some PLO called Theko Mashile was just terrible she was saying things like "I'm not entitled to maternity benefit". She was basically supporting my employer rather than defending me. I'm not sure if she was an intern or just an illiterate who struck a job by luck at the law firm. No justice was served for me. My husband then called their customer service but still was a waste of time and airtime. They never bothered with the matter they never even followed up on our case we had to push them until they told us BMW is not entitled to pay its employees maternity benefit but it has been paying them years and years but mine was exceptional. I would edge people to read people's reviews online before signing up with LegalWise as they will regret. Because I gave them full ammunition as proof to fight my employer but they literally ignored it because they don't want to help they just want to chow our monthly premiums.

I'm sick and tired of vodacom and it's stuff members. I've had a contract with them since 2014 which ended in July 2016 but the experience wasn't pleasant at all until now. Our initial agreement was that they debit my account on the 25th of every month which is the date I get paid. Never for once have they done that they always debit on the 26th or 28th. When I call and ask why they tell me about their "3days" excuse which I fail to see how is that my problem. So for their convenience I changed my debit date to the 26th but still they debited on the day that best suited them and at the end when they find insufficient funds in my account they penalise me charging me R100 extra and leave me with a huge bank change of their bounced debit order. When I brought this to their attention all I got was a lame "we are sorry " at my expense. another thing is my contract ended in July 2016 but to date I'm still paying for the handset fee when I call their service providers at ********** they are super rude impatient and have no respect for customers it's like they making me a favour by helping me they talk to me like I'm an illiterate. They telling me all sorts of excuses. They won't even provide their full names so far I know of Lerato, Lebo,Justice and Nthabiseng. When I call back to speak to a specific person they tell me that those names doesn't exist. As we speak my line is about to be suspended again and I have been calling since last week for assistance and they keep telling me that they will get back to me but I'm still waiting all I get is their smses saying to avoid being suspended I should pay a sum of R900 which I don't know what informs it. I'm tired of Vodacom and I would never advice anyone to sign a contract with them.

My husband was hijacked and robbed on Thursday, we called Capitec bank to block our cards, but still the thieves made multiloans with our cards, our money was never reversed and they expecting us to pay the loan back although we produced case numbers to prove we have reported this. How does this work?
