Papa Boa couldn’t care less!! Disgraceful

Management attitude and customer service is a disgrace to the restaurant and hospitality industry. Took my family for lunch on Sunday 2 January at Lakeside Restaurant in Benoni. Food is as terrible. Each meal was brought out one at a time (we were 4 adults and 2 kids) and the gap between meals was up to an hour. Full Portuguese chicken was cut into portions as if they had salvaged pieces from another customer. Asked manager for kiddies lasagne and he refused to consider offering a half portion for a 7 year old. Said they can take the rest home. Manager was rude and obnoxious and we will never return and spread the feedback throughout our entire group of family and friends not to mention business connections. We all know the restaurant industry has been through trying time sand quite frankly this is one that would be better off closing
