Poor service
Parcel Factor is useless. When i enter my tracking number to track my parcel, it shows that my product was returned, because they were unable to reach me at the residence. There is no phone call or email address where I can reach them. They also do not phone me at all to confirm the delivery. PAK75651744173, this is my tracking number. I know they are based in Kempton Park, but the contact number doesn't work.

Poor service
Parcel Factor is useless. When i enter my tracking number to track my parcel, it shows that my product was returned, because they were unable to reach me at the residence. There is no phone call or email address where I can reach them. They also do not phone me at all to confirm the delivery. PAK75651744173, this is my tracking number. I know they are based in Kempton Park, but the contact number doesn't work.

**** website don't pay the invoice.
Website says It's been going for 7 years but the domain was only registered on 09 April 2024. They setup the site to look legit but its plain and simple it's not. Just remember if you didn’t order anything, nobody is going to send you stuff for free! They pretend to ship stuff with tracking PAK... and invoice number and want you to take your money. The origin is from Guang**** Province, China. The other reviews you read below of delivery is also ****!

Only slightly better than post office
Bought from a seller on aliexpress and my order was sent with parcel factor. They are slightly better than the post office but I won't choose them over any other courier service as they take about a week longer to deliver than your usual international china couriers and the service is much better from those. My order was delivered in a good condition though but only after a few days after I followed up on the eta

Not good courier drivers. They delivered my tume order and did not even call for delivery and left the package at my front door which is clearly visible from the street. Luckily no one took my package. Please do call when you do deliveries it is common courtesy
