Parcel Factor is useless. When i enter my tracking number to track my parcel, it shows that my product was returned, because they were unable to reach me at the residence. There is no phone call or email address where I can reach them. They also do not phone me at all to confirm the delivery. PAK75651744173, this is my tracking number. I know they are based in Kempton Park, but the contact number doesn't work.
I ordered a new phone on www.telkom.co.za (contract), everything was approved on the 19th of Jan 2022, the consultant phoned me to get my address, it was Raymond Siribhajan, he couldn.t get my address on their system, so he just cancelled my delivery without even phoning me and up to now, he didn't even phone me.
I paid my contracts in full, cancelled my debit order, but still they deduct money from my account.
