handed the keys over to Joel from Park and Fly Africa on fridy 18 November 2016,a t the departure doors at King Shaka Internatioanl Airport, after an inspection, where all marks scratches and mileage was recorded on a "job card". i note that my fuel tank was just under ahalf maybe even at a quarter. the vehicle was not driven more than 100km during the preceeding week. upon returing from the trip, keys were handed back from Park and Fly staff, with no post inspection being undertaken as required. starting the vehicle there is an immediate ping indicating the fuel tank is empty. upon closer inspection, the fuel tank is indeed sitting on empty and over 150km has been added to the mileage. how is this possible when the parking facility is only 10km away from the airport?? the audacity to return the vehicle with an empty tank is beyond stunning. whast kind of service provider does this, they are not even trying to hide the fact that they are abusing other peoples vehicles. i meediately called them and send a follow up email, asking for the job card that was signed with the mileage recorded, and i have the recorded mileage from when the vehicle was returned now over 10 days later, i have not received anything from Park and Fly after being promised on day one that it will be sent to me. the latest correspondnce is that an "investigation" is taking place. i know that this is not only me that this has happend to, after my experience i researched them (i know it should have beendone before i even used them), and almost every person that hs used them have had issues and problems with them taking cars for joyrides for over 100kms at a time and leaving people almost stranded at the airport with empty fuel tanks. to make matters worse, East coast radio was on full volume when the vehicle was started...i do not listen to the radio EVER... This company clearly has no ethics nor do they know anything about the service industry, they think people are stupid and they are just using other people vehicles to do who know what, when they are suppose to just be parking it and ensuring its safety, because that is the service that is being paid for.

I have heard good reviews and saw them on Groupon so as I am a regular traveller I decided to try them out. Not without checking first. I personally called and spoke to David who assured me my car will be safe and no need to remove my belongings as well as that they do have insurance. I was told the process and guess what. The first thing that got me concerned was I waited almost 10 minutes for them to arrive. They quickly had to get me to sign a day mentioned handing over my car without checking and Joel confirmed no need to check at all as I was late already. He said your car is safe. Upon landing I received a frantic call from my sister saying Tracker had called to say my device was activated in KFC Tongaat. I told her I'm not sure as I'm going to fetch my car in a few minutes. I arrived and no car. I called and Joel said to me ok he will check where my car is. Within minutes Joel himself drives in and my car behind him. This was odd as I just spoke to him. He could have said they are 2 minutes away. My car arrived with all 4 windows opened. I was surprised as it was slightly raining and why would a newly washed car have open windows. Again I was in a rush due to their late arrival and signed. I mentioned to Joel the tracker call and he was surprised and said he isn't sure why. I then said goodbye. Sat in my vehicle and immediately noticed my red aux plug was in use which I never use. I realised the driver was using it. I overlooked it. As I took off I decided to switch to the cd I was listening to when I dropped the vehicle and guess what my cd was changed. Again I overlooked that. Then I decided to check on my sunglasses in the side compartment and guess what it's gone....I always keep it there. I immediately called Joel and reported it. He said he would look into. Still on my trip home I decided to open the compartment where the cigarette lighter is as this is where I keep my fuel slips for company purposes. Guess what all 20 slips gone. Even worse the cigarette lighter removed and placed as it was being used in another compartment closer to the steering wheel. I was upset as I needed those slips and I didn't appreciate anyone smoking in my car and now figured why my windows where opened. I called Joel again. This being my 4th call as each time I notices something I called so it was immediately reported. Still not home I look at my prayer beads around my front rear view mirror and there it is my mini quraan a gift from my sister gone. Now I was really livid. Called Joel again. He said he understands ml upset and whoever is responsible will be disciplined. I immediately then checked my arm rest cover for my special usb flash drive which had lectures of a famous international speaker which was a gift. Gone. Called him again. I then told him I am not your home and so many things are gone from my car. When I reached home I found a new cd cracked almost in half. Called him again. I had a sleepless upsetting night. On Friday morning I immediately emailed him confirming all the losses. No reply. I watsappd. No reply. On saturday all day nothing. Saturday night I advise I'm going to the police and he replies to my email saying he was delayed as he was investigating and no feedback as no one took anything and I must recheck and make sure I left those items. I was so upset I replied back and told him I reported it immediately and he is questioning my integrity with no acknowledgment that they messed up. He replied with the terms and conditions. I then said sorry but it's now too late to send me this after both you and David assured me my car being safe. No need to cover yourself now. Quite honestly I have been deceived by this company and I've cancelled future bookings with them and advise all of you to never ever use them. They are false and unprofessional and liars....
