Waiting for a reimbur*****t for a SHEIN customs payment since Nov 2024. Called no less than 15 times and spoken to numerous agents. Keep telling me it’s being transferred ( since Nov ) Still waiting ! Not their money … ****s and ******* !!! NOT WORTH EVEN A STAR
Don’t join with webafrica. Can’t speak to a person besides in a Whatapp group. They take ages to answer you on Whatapp or web and even then can’t help and you can’t get any technicians out to help. You pay for a quick upload and download and never get it!!!

Park and fly Africa are thieves. I booked my car to be collected at King Shaka and this company put ****m on my clock and used a full tank of petrol. Jeffry the owner is a thief. Never use them.
My husband and I flew to Japan via Singapore on Singapore airlines in May 2019. On the second leg from singapore to Japan ( Tokyo) he ate some food which he thought did not taste right. Upon landing he did not feel well and had terrible stomach cramps. When we landed the gentleman in the seat in front of us had the same cramps but to a point that he could not get up from his seat and needed assistance. To date after writing numerous emails they have not acknowledged our complaints or given any feedback. This is supposed to be a top airline. My husband was to sick that he did not eat for 2 days and was ill. Be very very careful what you eat on Singapore airlines. One would expect some communication from an airline who claims to be on top of their game!
Don’t buy anything from this company they are are a Fraud. They false advertise luxury goods under different names and do not put a contact number and use a fake email . I tried to buy Golden goose sneakers. Once payment is made they send a tracking number with a fake scarf as the goods so you believe that the goods are on the way. Be very careful!!
We bought a Trimtech edge cutter from Makro that lasted exactly 6 months. Upon returning it , in the box with the guarantee slip I was told that they have to send it to Trimtech which they did and Makro called to say that I would need to replace the motor. The machine was under guarantee and also from the store. How can both the manufacturer and the store expect a customer to pay for a new motor ( which is basically the whole machine) , if under guarantee. This is the second time MAKRO has not upheld their guarantee and TRIMTECH seem not to be honorable either. Makro passed the blame onto TRimtech saying that that’s the report and they can not replace the unit only for a fee which is basically the price of a new machine. Trimtech are useless in even trying to listen as they say it was purchased at Makro . Surely a guarantee withstands and is upheld today???? Not acceptable and Makro should take full responsibility for a product that was bought from them.
I fail to understand how a small loaf of Fornos Low carb bread in December 2015 was R 59-99, January 2016 R 69-99 and last week March 2016 is now R 79-99. How does this bakery justify increasing their prices like this?
