I ma saving with paycurve, it's salry saving.i want to make withdrawal and they decide for ne how much i can withdraw. They refuse me to withdraw the amount i need from my savings,instead they referring me to credit bureau vccb to log a dispute. I reached out to vccb credit bureau they also suprised about the dispute I must log with them

I have been saving with this company every month when I check my savings, paycurve doesn’t update my savings I have been sending email without them replying. This is how you **** people with their money

This is most horrible and inconvenience service ever. They're hardly available on their 010 595 3848 contact center. When they came to our work place they did a great presentation on how they'll be able to offer great service. Also how easy it will be to contact them. I've been struggling to make contact with them for last week for assistance. Their chat bot doesn't offer a human element with real question that are answered. I regret Tyme Bank ever joining them. This is the first and last month that I'll be making use of them. Not even Loan Sharks have such ridiculers barriers come to think of it I'd rather use a Loan Shark than use Paycurve's services ever again

This company was introduced by my workplace last year.Which was when i started my savings plan to end in December. For some reason my savings were re-activated without my consent and money was taken out of my payslip. I didn’t ask for it to get reactivated so imagine my surprise when my salary is short. The portal says it take up to 10 days ti reflect after pay day. It is now the 14th and the money was never returned to my bank account neither is it reflecting on the portal. when u contact them the advisor claims to have escalated the matter but i still don’t have my money and I refuse to be charged a withdrawal fee for someone I didn’t authorize!!!

I have had a terrible experience with Paycurve. For no apparnet reason my account was blocked. I tried calling them 6 times not even once did anyone even answer. Also they would have seen that so,oene called them 6 times and they didn't even bother to call me back to see what is happeing. I sent them emails and they don't respond at all. this company is a joke and would be better suited as a circus than a legitmate business. There custoer service is non-existent and I'm not even sure how they are still running as a business with teeerible service like this. Also when you go to their chat on PayCurve App you speak to a bit for hours and there is never an agent who willpseak to you. These guys only care about money and don't care about inviduals at all. Even noe as I speak nobody has gotten back to me.

Worst app ever, you cash money out then nothing reflects in your account, you already have to wait until 11pm although you need the money immediately then you wake up with no money in your account the next morning, the app got my salary wrong, it shows I'm earning way less than I actually am, Paymenow by Bryan Habana is way better, if you want to provide such a perk for your employees, go with Paymenow you can cash out everyday with no hassles until the 21st, paycurve is not convenient at all.
