I ORDERED FROM TEMU AND MY DELIVERY WAS MEANT TO BE DELIVERED BY FAST WAY , ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY NO SMS WAS SENT TO ME TO BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR MY PARCEL AT PAST 2PM ON THE 7TH OF AUGUST 2025 I RECEIVE A CALL FROM LEBO THE DRIVER WHO SAYS HE IS AT THE GATE, FIRSTLY AM AT MIDRAND WORKING NOW THE DRIVER IS AT THE GATE L THEN CALL MY NEIGHBOUR TO GET THE PARCEL FOR ME WHILE AM BUSY CALLING MY NEIGHBOUR LEBO IS CALLING ME AND BEING RUDE TELLING ME HE CANT BE WASTING HIS TIME , WHILE MY NEIGHBOUGH GOES OUT THE DRIVER BECOMES RUDE TO HER AS SHE DID NOT HAVE MY DETAILS AND WANTED TO CALL ME TO GET MY DETAILS , THE DRIVER LEFT WITH MY PARCEL , I CALLED FAST WAY AND I HAVE BEEN HOLDING FOR AN HOUR THIS COMPANY IS A ****

SO LAST YEAR I OPENED A RETIREMENT ANNUITY WITH MOMENTUM INVESTO THEY DEBITED ONLY A MONTH AND I HAD A FINANCIAL ISSUE THAT I COULD NOT CONTINUE WITH THAT ANNUITY I CALLED IN AND THEY ADVISED THAT I SHOULD FILL A FORM AND SEND THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION L DID AND SINCE THEN L HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM PILLAR TO POST. What Alex is doing to the first people who claimed is sad , l did my claim on the 6th of Sept to date it has not moved nor any communication was sent to us , this 20 days is bull**** as it is not applicable to everyone m***, Alex is a good to nothing company we have to struggle to get out monies

SARS not fair and just
Sars is a parasite they tax and when it comes to refund they will make a reason not to give you they send doc to verification and say all will be finalised in 21 days. Iam past 21 days going to second month no refund no communication. Very *********** and frustrating.

Its a pity that this two pot was planned ahead of time and Alex knew about it but all of a sudden their communication platform are closed l was holding for 40 mins till l dropped the call . I registered my claim 8 days ago and to date its not moving and no communication from them to tell me what is happening . their system is is not working . I blame myself from moving from Sanlam to this useless company .
