I have been saving with this company every month when I check my savings, paycurve doesn’t update my savings I have been sending email without them replying. This is how you **** people with their money
Good day I have been calling fnb home loan for a paid up letter and I send to another department that department send me back to the home loan department. I was then advised to send an email to please help me and home loan department my email had been send pillar to pillar without any luck. Is this how you service your client after they settled the amount owed not my attorney is closed for Christmas without assisting me. Can I get my paid up letter urgent.
Good day I cancel my home loan bond as the house was paid up fill in forms both for cancellation of mortgage plan and bond today when I wake up money for bond and mortgage payment was out from my account I called the home loan department I was told I have to fill a refund form that will take 5 to 7 days for money to be transferred back to my account. I need that money to day to pay my bills today or els I will take this matter to tweeter how do you debit money to someone account without her concern so I am paying for life insurance for my house and bond that was paid up I need this issue to be sorted today
Good day even that one 1 star metrix doesn’t deserve it, I sign up for a 199 tracker for my vehicle yesterday and I was told by Neo that mextrix doesn’t charge for installation and I will be paying less than 199 for this month because I joined in the middle of the month to my surprise now when I check my account it says I will pay 621.14 why is it so I want to cancel this tracker your consultant was not honest I would’ve signed up for this.
Good day Today someone from britelink came to install vuma fiber for some reason our neighbours was not around today for the guy to do the installation, and the technician didn’t even want to provide his name and contact number for us to reach him he then left the router at our house without telling us he will have to come fetch it today he called us later in the afternoon telling us he need the router back we told him we got an emergency to go somewhere but we on our way home. He then came and shout at us that we are waisting his time and is this how you treat customers this guy was making noise even want to fight us. He took the router back and when we ask when will he come he just left us standing like fools

Good day Kyle, Please note that I will like to cancel the debt consolidation you never explain that I will be under debt review I don’t need this I still manage to pay my debt in full and I also informed you that I don’t need any policy please remove me on this as you did not bother to tell me I won’t be able to make any debt you did not even explain that I will be on debt consolidation for five years. I did mention that I am finishing up paying my car next what’s going to happen you also said my bank is the one who will be making debit only to find out it is you you were dishonest with me please remove me I don’t wanna be under debt review.
I am very stressful and disappointed at the same time Naked my car has been with Naked Insurrance panel beater for long and no communication from them until I send them an email I was promised that I will get my car this week but to my surprise yesterday I was told to pay for the electrician because my car is not starting and when I take my car there it was working fine today when I call the panel beater I was told they waiting for naked to advise on what to do no one from Naked is communicating with me the service is very poor I regret the day I sign up with Naked
I a very disappointed with Naked not even deserve the 1 star I have been fighting with people for all most a month and couple of weeks since they booked my car to their useless panel beater I already paid the 5000 access but still my car is not fixed and I was promised that they will speed up the process I can delete the rating at hello peter and I did that to my surprise I still send them emails no communication from them if I do not ask today I received an email with quotation that my car starter is not working I have to pay for that while my car was working fine when it wa brought to the panel beater now they cant switch on my car I am so angry to even wanna cancel my insurance with naked I need my car without any starter issues imagine so many days without my car and today I get an email to pay for someone to fix my starter you are worst insurance one could ever have you do not take care of your customer your employees are useless to even reply or call the customer
